This is not a new phenomenon and has been going on since job sites were created.. Monday's and Tuesday's are high tapering either late Tues or early Wed..

I find it incredible that hiring companies are still stuck in the same weekend newspaper classified rut? "Get my ad running for the weekend!" - Seriously?!?

Most job seekers look for jobs when they are at work. Not on a Saturday Morning after walking the dog.. This is a new medium, compared to newspaper, and there are new behaviors and rules...

I would challenge all recruiting and staffing leaders to truly understand the vehicle before putting the keys into the ignition...

Two cents well spent Chad! This really is something the job boards should be highlighting to their clients - it affects them more than anyone.

I agree 100 percent. I think it's also the work of an agency to tell their clients. We always do that with ours and, thanks to our statistic tool, they start changing their posting habits.

But there's still a lot of convincing to do...
